TRAINING SEMINARS
1. Come Teach with Me
This seminar is designed for experienced Sunday School teachers and the leaders under which they function. It will prepare them to implement the Come Teach with Me program so they can train prospective future teachers while they co-teach their classes. The seminar examines the dynamics of ministry discipleship, describes how to impart the various teaching skills to a new teacher-trainee, walks them step-by-step through the training procedures, and discusses how each teacher can adapt the program to suit their own teaching style and their trainee's needs. This is a full day seminar, which (including a break for lunch) runs for about 7½ hours. In can also be presented in two evening sessions.

Three other shorter seminars are also available, each designed for a different audience: Church Leaders, Sunday School Teachers, and Christian School Faculties.
Each of these seminars concludes with an introduction to the Come Teach with Me program.
2. Discipleship Through Co-Laboring
This seminar is designed for Church Leaders. It will challenge them to recruit and disciple individual church members as they co-labor with them in any ministry. They can also challenge some of their most faithful workers to do the same. The seminar examines the methods that Jesus used to equip his twelve disciples (from Luke 8-10), the fruits of a discipleship-based equipping ministry (from Eph. 4), and some practical ways in which co-laboring can be implemented (such as the Come Teach with Me program). The full version of this seminar consists of three one-hour sessions. A condensed version can be presented in a single hour.

This seminar will present Sunday School Teachers with three things they can do to greatly improve their effectiveness. It examines how to make lessons Learner-Friendly and Bible-based. It then examines the power of Co-Teaching (with an introduction to the Come Teach with Me program). This seminar is presented in 2½ hours, though longer versions (which examine a wider range of teaching techniques) are also available.

This seminar is designed for Faculties of Christian Schools though a secular version is also available. The Seminar is subtitled, "How to Prepare and Deliver Lessons that will Cause your Students to Learn." It studies the nature of learning and then examines a number of practical teaching techniques that teachers can use to make their lessons more learner-friendly. The length and content of this seminar will be negotiated with the leaders of the individual Christian Schools. For more information, please visit www.learnerfriendlylessons.com.
