Trainees
Are you a beginner who would like to learn how to teach?  There is no better way than being apprenticed by a skilled teacher who is using these procedures to disciple you.  You will develop your skills quickly -- perhaps learning in months what would have taken years to figure out on your own.

Trainers
Are you an experienced teacher who sees fruit when you teach?   One of the most fruitful ministries that you could ever undertake is that of helping other people discover and develop their gifts.  You can experience the joy of launching other people toward a lifetime of fruitful service.

Teachers
Would you like to improve your own teaching skills? Co-teaching a class will lead to great improvement in your own skills whether you function as a trainer (team leader), a trainee, or an equal partner.  Every teacher knows that studying for, planning, and teaching a lesson will cause the teacher to learn more about the subject than the students do.  The same is true when training someone in the subject of effective teaching methodology. Co-planning also results in better lessons being planned in less time.

Church Leaders
Are you a Pastor, a Christian Education Director, or other church leader?  By encouraging your best teachers to train others, you can raise up new teachers within your church.  This co-laboring model can then be applied to other church ministries.

Foreign Missionaries
One of the primary objectives of missions work is to raise up and equip leaders within the local culture.  There is no better way to do this than to co-labor with them in the ministry of the word.
