Come Teach with Me can be looked at one of two ways.  It is a teacher-training tool that is effective because it is based upon a discipleship relationship.  But it is also a discipleship tool that is easy to implement because it is based upon co-laboring together in ministry.  Many church leaders are seeking an effective way to establish a discipleship relationship with one or more church members.  Co-laboring together in any ministry, especially one that has them study the scriptures together each week, is the answer they seek.
